Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CloudSkool platform and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your institute to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Description of Service

CloudSkool provides a cloud-based coaching institute management system including modules for students, fees, attendance, testing, communication and reporting. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.

3. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

Use of paid plans is subject to the pricing displayed on our Pricing page:

  • The Institute Plan is billed at ₹1 per active student per month (minimum and maximum charges apply), inclusive of GST.
  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. You authorize recurring charges where applicable.
  • We may revise pricing with prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is harmful or infringing.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

5. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The CloudSkool platform, software, branding and content are owned by CloudSkool and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability and perform regular backups, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may schedule maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudSkool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
